Founder - Adam Brooks, CVA
Adam Brooks is the founder of Elemental Strategies and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with deep expertise in business valuation, M&A advisory, and financial analysis. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University and has experience across wealth management, investment banking, fintech, and private company valuation.
Before founding Elemental Strategies, Adam specialized in SMB valuations and transaction advisory, contributing to the development of valuation and lending software tools now used across the industry. He is passionate about combining finance and technology to help business owners make smarter, data-driven decisions.

NACVA stands for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. It's a professional organization that provides training, education, and support to professionals involved in business valuation, financial litigation, and related consulting services.
The Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) is a professional designation offered by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). This credential is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated expertise in the field of business valuation and financial analysis.
CVA holders have undergone comprehensive training, passed rigorous examinations, and have met the experience requirements set by NACVA.
