Adam Brooks is the founder of Elemental Strategies and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with deep expertise in business valuation, M&A advisory, and financial analysis. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University and has experience across wealth management, investment banking, fintech, and private company valuation.
Before founding Elemental Strategies, Adam specialized in SMB valuations and transaction advisory, contributing to the development of valuation and lending software tools now used across the industry. He is passionate about combining finance and technology to help business owners make smarter, data-driven decisions.
